Winter hands

I am so frustrated with my dry hands.
I put hand cream on EVERY night before bed, and my thumb is still split. Can you see that crack? Do your hands do that? Doesn't it drive you NUTS that you can't even button your jeans, or open your kids candy. I grimace each time I button my jeans because the pain is horrible.
Maybe I should just wear elastic waist pants. Teehee!
Or stop washing my hands so much, but in my profession that isn't possible. Hhhmmm.

Uggghhh my fingers are so dry.

What kind of lotion or hand cream do you use?
I need miracle cream.

Couch potato...nahhh

My little guy has NEVER been a T.V. baby.

Layla loved watching T.V. shows at his age...and WAY before.

Hayden could care less.

Until now.

He finally likes to watch this Baby Einstein video. It is all about animals.

He'll bring it to me or Layla and say "eehhh!!" I guess that means watch. Then he'll grab his blanket and snuggle up.

And this will last for 10minutes. Then he is off playing again.

Maybe someday he will watch T.V., but for I'm happy with the little busy boy I have.

He sleeps really good at night, and so do I!!

Wishful Wednesday ~ Entrepreneur

'I wish' .... I had the start up funds to build that company I have always dreamt about, and it would be a ____!

**
Gary and I love to entertain.
We really enjoy inviting friends and family over to eat drink and be merry.
I know that owning our own restaurant would be tons of work, but it would be a dream come true. Ideally the restaurant would be in a small town and we could get to know everyone in the community. I grew up in a small town, and love that small town feel.
*
I already have an idea of where I want it in the city we currently live in...so all I need is the money fairy to drop by for a visit!

What are you wishing for?

Let's talk T.P.

Really, I haven't gone mad I just wanted to post something silly and fun!

Answer these three questions...

  • Question #1
Do you put T.P. on the roller OVER or UNDER?

  • Question #2

Fold or Wad?

  • Question #3
What kind of toilet paper do you use?

Heehee!

Isn't it great to talk about toilet paper.
Gary and I are embarrassed to say that we are great friends with a couple that puts the T.P. on the roller UNDER....oh the horror! FAIL epic FAIL!
It goes on OVER...end of discussion. Every time we are visiting their house I change the roll to OVER, and when they visit us they change it to UNDER. It is a huge debate between or families, and hopefully I can teach their children the proper way...LOL!

The couple mentioned above also came to my house wearing Vanilla Ice T-shirts.

The UNDER people

I personally wad...Gary folds...I don't have the time to fold. Gary on the other hand takes forever and is afraid of the punch through factor. So our family is divided on this one, and Layla only uses half a piece, so she hasn't decided on fold or wad yet. I keep telling her there isn't a shortage of T.P., but she doesn't get it.

We used to be a strait up Charmin family. That is all we would purchase. But while at Sam's Club about 9 months ago I decided to try the Member's Mark brand T.P..

I LOVE IT!

pic found at samsclub.com

It doesn't clog the toilet and seems just as soft. Is it possible for T.P. to be too soft? To me Charmin was. We were at the grocery store and HAD to have T.P. and we bought Angel Soft. IT IS NOT SOFT. After many years of paying the high price for Charmin we switched. I can't believe I did. There are some things you just don't buy in the store brand, but we made the switch, and I just had to share with you so you can branch out too.

But, if you say you are an UNDER person...I don't know if we can be friends.

Eyes where?

Layla was being a sassy little lady the other day.
She was picking on Hayden, and took a toy right out of his hands.
My back was to her and I said, "I see what you just did!!"
She said, "How could you see that, your face was turned."
I said, " I have eyes in the back of my head."

I laughed at her, and she got a confused look on her face and vanished.

When she returned she showed me that she too has eyes in the back of her head!
