I'm sure I have forgotten a few, but I have a little man begging to go play outside,
so I am off to enjoy this fall weather...have a great Tuesday!

Joshua 24:15And if it seems evil to you to serve the
LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which
your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the
Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and
my house, we will serve the LORD.
Psalm 43:3Oh, send out
Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me;Let them bring me to Your holy hill and to
Your tabernacle.
Philippians 4:13I can do all things through
Christ who strengthens me.
.Proverbs 3:5-6
Delight yourself in the LORD and he
will give you the desires of your heart

2 pounds of shrimp peeled and de veined
Olive oil
1 pound of angel hair pasta {or whatever you have on hand}
1/2 stick of unsalted butter, melted
zest and juice of 2 lemons
What y'all need to do:
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Put shrimp on a sheet pan with 1 tbs olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss it all around and lay them in one layer. Roast for 6-8 minutes.
Easy enough....next:
Add pasta to salted boiling water. Cook until al dente about 3 minutes. Drain liquid reserving some of the liquid. Toss the angel hair with the melted butter, 1/4 cup of olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste and add the reserved liquid if necessary, then add the shrimp.
Super easy and so stinkin' yummy.
This quickly became a household favorite;)
