Mozzarella and Romas




Gary came home for lunch and I made these yummy tomatoes to go along with our tuna fish sandwiches.  They are so refreshing and delicious.  I just sliced one large roma tomato and topped it with very thinly sliced mozzarella cheese.  I seasoned them with salt and pepper and roasted garlic salt.  I baked them on 450 for about 7 minutes or until the cheese bubbles.  Then I sprinkled them with chopped basil leaves.  I can't wait to make them again!  They are a great and somewhat healthy side dish.
