Thirty-One Holiday Specials

Today I am sharing the amazing sale that Thirty-One has going on right now...Let the Christmas Shopping begin!

For every $31.00 you spend you can choose one of these items for only $5.00.
That my friends is a STEAL!

Here is how it works...Let's say your total is $160.00.

You get 5 of these fun items for $5.00 each. So no matter how many times you get to $31.00 you get another $5.00 item.

Are you with me?  It can get confusing!

The first choice is the All-in-One Organizer.

The bag is shown AND to the right... all the colors it comes in.  See what I mean?  AND for only $7.00 you can personalize it!  You can put your initials or your name.  Or you can personalize it with anything you so desire.  What an amazing gift to give this holiday season.

I think this would make a great bag to give to a little boy.  The camo color with a movie, Twizzlers and popcorn.  Perfect Christmas gift for sure!  He could fill it with blocks or even Legos.  It is such a versatile bag!

Another choice is the Cinch Sac.  Layla has this in the Pink Circle Spirals color.  She loves it.  She carries it to sleepovers, soccer games and just when we are out and about.  It cinches up and the kids can wear it like a backpack.

The flat iron case is also offered in the $5.00 special.  If you spend $31.00 you can get one of these in the color choices below for only $5.00.  Every lady needs a case for their flat iron!

This is the zip up pencil pouch.  I use this in my purse for all my misc items.  This too is one of the FIVE choices in the holiday special!

Lastly is the soft wallet.  I carry this lovely wallet and I love it.  It has plenty of room for all my necessities and also a side zipper pocket.  It put my change in that side pocket!  You can see the colors it is offered in below!

I know you are completely overwhelmed trying to decide what to get.  And I know you are asking what items you can purchase to get you above $31.00.  I am here to tell you there is a bag for everyone and every occasion.

My favorite bag {seen below} is $25.00.  When you personalize it with your name or initials, that adds $7.00 making your total $32.00.  That qualifies you for one of the $5.00 items!

See the color choices below to the right?  I want the black taylored stripe.  It has hot pink handles.  So I would put my initials ASJ in hot pink.  Then I would get the zip up pencil pouch in pink to hold my lipstick, mirror and other goodies. `

So for $37.00 plus shipping and tax I am all set...or I can gift this!  This bag is perfect for so many things...soccer mom bag, snack bag, shopping bag, makeup/toiletries.  I could go on and on!

Merry Christmas to me!

Are you confused?  If so email me. {angelajsipes at gmail [dot] com} I will be glad to walk you through the ordering process.  Act fast though.  If you want to order for yourself, friends and family for Christmas....you must order now!

Or if you just want to browse all the goodies Thirty-One has to offer got to my website...http://www.mythirtyone.com/AngelaSipes/

I realize I cut some of the color choices off on the right side, but I wanted to ensure you can see the bags in a large view!

Miscellany Monday

We had a fun Thanksgiving break and now the kids are back in school for 3 weeks and then they are out for the Christmas break!  I'm already so excited about the holiday break.  The kids are at fun ages!!  The excitement in their eyes is so fun to see!

This time of the year I really crave coffee creamer.  I usually just drink my coffee with one Splenda packet, but when the holidays roll around I really feel the need for creamer!  I used this this morning and it is so delicious!

I made banana bread last night for the kids to eat for breakfast this morning!  It turned out so delicious!  We were all a bit burned out from all the 'pumpkin' themed foods we have been eating.  This banana bread hit the spot.  It turned out so pretty!

Look who got a new Christmas collar!!  It is perfect for our wild pup!  Camo Christmas!

I am still searching for collars/sweaters for the girl pups in our lives.  I have bought several for Daisy Mae, but they just don't look right.  When we got her she wore a small sweater/shirt.  Now that size seems to be too small for her.  I think we are over feeding her, so we are putting her on a diet.  We aren't used to having a small dog, so we need to scale back her diet so she can keep her girlish figure!

We took a few pictures by the Christmas tree yesterday as a family.  The pictures are so stinkin' funny!  Gary and I were laughing so hard taking them.  They are quite comical.  That is a whole post for another day.

Seriously?  Can you say tonsils?  They are so WILD!!

This my friends is my recipe binder.  This time of year makes me want to cook up a storm.  I'm looking forward to getting my chores done this morning so I can sit down with a warm cup of coffee {with creamer} and find some fun, warm and delicious things to cook in the next few weeks!

And because I haven't in awhile I am linking up with the lovely Carissa for a little Miscellany on this Monday!

Happy Monday!

fuller than a tick

Wow, you guys may need to grab the thermometer.

I think I am sick.

This is the only picture I took all.day.long.  It is so not like me.

It is a mighty nice looking picture, but seriously.  I had tons of people to photograph today.

I'm quite sure I didn't take any pictures because I was too busy stuffing my face with food.  I ate more in the last two days than I have eaten in years.  I'm not sure what I was trying to prove, but I am sick and feel yucky.  Tomorrow I think I will eat cereal all day long.

We are putting up our Christmas trees and decorations tomorrow.  Hopefully I will work off the extra pounds I put on over the last few days.  The kids were so excited when they went to bed.  They can't wait to decorate the house for Christmas.  I'm just as excited as they are.

Have a great weekend!

Thanksgiving Day 2011

We had a fun day celebrating Thanksgiving at my parents house today.  We visited with my side of the family today and tomorrow we will cook a Thanksgiving meal for Gary's family.

We will be need a detox from turkey before it is all over!

I enjoyed visiting with my Grandparents today.  Sadly they were a bit confused about where they were.  I have decided it is the pits to get old.  Bless their hearts.

Layla is the sweetest girl ever.  She had so much fun playing with my parents new pups.  Layla is such an animal lover.  It makes my heart happy to see her play with animals and be so gentle and loving.

Hayden had a million smarshmallows!  We didn't make smores, but we all ate roasted marshmallows when the sun went down.  I was already full as a tick, but I just couldn't resist.

When we left our house this morning it felt really nice outside.  The second we got to my parent's neighborhood it was foggy and cold.  I didn't pack a jacket for Layla so she wore one of my parent's sweatshirts.  It was a Texas Tech sweatshirt and I think she must have got some grief for it, so she turned it inside out!  My uncle and aunt are Longhorn fans, my dad is a huge Texas Tech fan, and we are Baylor fans.  Lots of Texas football fans in the house and tons of tradition.  We always enjoy watching the UT and Aggie game on Thanksgiving evening.  Sadly, last night was the last one ever.

I am so thankful for a family that loves me unconditionally.  I am so thankful for these three people.  I am blessed beyond words.  I have to say how proud I am of my kiddos.  They were on their best behavior all day long.  They were so kind and polite.  They had wonderful manners and they both had so much fun!  They are the sweetest little people I know and I am one proud Momma!

I hope you had a wonderful Turkey day today!!

thanksgiving eve

Today we did lots of cooking and cleaning to get ready for the Thanksgiving feast we are having on Friday.  Tomorrow we will visit my parents and family.  Then on Friday we will host our Thanksgiving here at our house for Gary's family.

The kids were very curious about the food preparation that was going on in our house today.

As you can see the neck of the turkey really made them laugh.

We had a fun day and can't wait to Gobble our food up over the next few days!

a visit to W-town

Gary and I have been looking forward to visiting our good friends in Waco for months.  We planned to visit them once a month, but with soccer and a busy school schedule we haven't visited them in months and that was just way too long!!

This past weekend we loaded up, got a pet-sitter for our herd of dogs and headed down to Waco town.  Our kids had a fun time playing with their 'cousins'.   Macy is old enough to babysit, so the adults got to enjoy an adult dinner while the kids played at home!

Ninfa's had the best green dip and the best margaritas ever.
I was thinking I would like to move back to Waco just so I could eat there all the time!

After dinner we went to watch the Baylor football game {sic' em bears!!} and we also did some country dancing.  Four words....Yay for adult time!  Gary and I really needed a date night.  We don't have date nights very often, so when we have one it is very much enjoyed!

The kids had fun playing Just Dance.  Mia and Layla are very close in age, so I barely saw them.  They were reading or playing in Mia's room the entire time.   Macy is older, but she loves playing with Hayden, so they played the whole time too, which meant I got to sit and visit with the adults!

The chair seen above was also a huge hit.  It is large and round.  It is upstairs in the loft area of their house, so it is basically like a merry-go-round.  Lots of giggles and laughs were heard all weekend!

I love fun weekends with fun friends!

Now we back home just hanging out.  Gary is on vacation all this week, so we don't have anything going on at all.  It is wonderful.  I don't have to keep the kids quiet while Gary works in the office!  We are baking cookies, making rice crispy treats, eating trash aka Chex Mix and having a Big Hunter battle on the Wii!

I hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving week!
