okios

I am in love with this stuff!

It is my sour cream.

It is only 3 points per cup...if you are counting points on Weight Watchers.

I never use a whole cup at one time.

Usually, I put a tablespoon of this Greek yogurt (0.5 pts) in with a 100 calorie
Wholly Guacamole (2 pts) packet.

It tastes so stinking good...creamy guac :)

I team that up with 6 baked tortilla chips (1 pt) and I have a 3.5 point snack.

I have also used it as a dressing on my salads.
The kids love smoothies, so I throw about 1/2 a cup of Greek yogurt into a blender.
I add a few strawberries, a banana, 1/4 cup of milk, and some ice cubes. I blend it up and serve it right up! Smoothies are a huge hit in our house.

The simplest way to eat it is with granola!

Have you tried Greek Yogurt?

I haven't tried it, but I have heard a ton of good things about it. Mainly that is it fat free and SUPER yummy! I may have to look for it next time I'm at the store. Did you get it at Target?

I have been trying to try that, but my Publix doesn't seem to carry it even though I got a coupon from Publix to try it! Where did you get it?

Ive tried it...its not bad. I do mix it with granola.

Ive been using protein powder (usually the egg white protein)...I throw a scoop in the blender with non fat milk, some ice cubes, maybe a banana or blueberries! its delicious!

i've tried it and i hate to say it, but, i despised it. it was so goopy. but, i do like the idea of using it as sour cream. i could handle that.
