memorial day weekend in the country

i love that memorial day is the official summer kickoff weekend!

we headed to my auntie carol & uncle donny ray's house for a fun time!

we hung out with my cousin kyle & his girlfriend gabi.

they invited their friends shay & marissa and their children

hank & jace.

hank is age 6 and jace is almost 3.

they were PERFECT playmates for layla and hayden.

i was so busy visiting and relaxing that i only took a few pictures!

hayden is taking a drink break.  he and jace played a lot of golf.

and got really dirty!

layla and hank became fast friends!

they are taking a break  and chillaxing on the hammock.

we all had a fun time and can't wait to get together again.

going to the country is always relaxing and fun for me...very quiet and peaceful.

it was a perfect time to hang with {new} friends & family.

Thanks for the fun time y'all!

Looks like a great time. Nothing like getting dirty when you're at a fun outing.

I am a country girl at heart! It is amazing how spending some time away can relax you and help slow things down. So glad you had fun!

Sounds perfect! I loved just hanging out and doing nothing! It's nice to have no agenda! It's nice to put the camera down sometimes too...although hard! Love that dirty little face...a sign of good times! Glad it was a great weekend!

Oh, I just love the picture of his dirty little face. It almost makes me wish we would have one more....cause you know 5 girls just isn't enough:)

There is an award on my blog for you. If you accept. Please stop by.

Looks like they had fun!

We had a BBQ with family and friends....all went well for a change! We are Italian and usually our get togethers end is someone screaming at someone else! LOL

Happy beginning of summer!
