a 'must have' fun family game

The kids love it when we play games together as a family!
After baths in the evenings we like to play games to wind down from the day.

Hayden is at the age where he is getting better at understanding the rules.  He may not always like the rules, but he is getting better at following them. Sometimes....haha!

Have you seen the Cars 2 version of Operation?   We got it at Walmart the other day.

 It is so stinkin' cute!

The age is 6+ years and Hayden is a bit young for it,  but we play it anyway.

Some of the game pieces that you pull with the tweezers have the funniest names...

'Busted Grill'....every single time we play I crack up at the name.
'Bad gas' is the name of another game piece, along with 'Toe Jam' and 'Oh Chute.'
I seriously need to grow up!

Basically - when the game pieces are pulled you get cash money for them and who ever gets the most money wins!  See the kiddos in the picture above counting their money...

I just had to share this game with you because it is a must have!

Put IT on your Christmas list!
There will be tons of giggles {from adults and kids} every time you play.

What are some of your favorite family games?

I haven't seen that version, but my boys do have the Buzz Lightyear one! They love it....but I'm pretty sure we've lost a few of the pieces!

I haven't seen this version, but Addaline loves the movies, so I'll have to snag this for Christmas. Thanks for sharing, Angie. I always love a fun way to connect as a family!

That looks like fun! Our current favorite is Disney Princess yahtzee. Even Micah at 2.5 plays - he knows half the Princesses now but mostly loves rolling the dice!
